Shipping Destinations

VisionOwl primarily sells to customers in the United States. We may also ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and other supported regions when shipping is available at checkout.

Fulfillment Method

Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment or other trusted fulfillment services. Fulfillment availability, carrier, and delivery speed may vary by destination, inventory location, and selected shipping service.

U.S. Delivery Time

For U.S. orders fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, standard delivery is usually 3-5 days after the fulfillment order is created, and most orders arrive within 7 days. Faster delivery may be available in some locations, including next-day delivery, but shipping costs can be higher.

International Delivery Time

Delivery times outside the United States vary by country, customs processing, carrier service, and local delivery conditions. Estimated shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the fulfillment method, destination, product size and weight, and shipping speed. When Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment is used, shipping charges generally follow the applicable fulfillment cost for that order. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will provide it after the order has been fulfilled. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are included at checkout or required otherwise by applicable law.
